The staff at Vertu Škoda Chesterfield were good because the approach was without pressure, they explained everything and worked out a reasonable deal for me. I felt that all the staff were knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. For me the no pressure/ no hard sell was a deal maker when purchasing my new car. The staff at Vertu Škoda Chesterfield were good because they arranged the purchase and part exchange over the phone. When I arrived and they saw my part-ex for the first time they honoured the agreed part-ex price, allowed me to come into their sales room with my two dogs, which was excellently air-conditioned and much appreciated by me and the dogs. They dealt with the temporary insurance on the car and the refund of road fund duty on the part-ex. The person who did all of this, from beginning to end, including the initial phone contact and conversations, was Susan Fairchild, who was extremely professional, honest, polite and efficient, all injected with some chit-chat and an excellent sense of humour. She is worth her weight in gold to the business. My thanks to her and Vertu for providing me with a lovely car at an excellent price, making my near eight hour round-trip from Porthmadog all worthwhile.
